Bo Bun (Bun Bo Nam Bo), also known as Bún Bò Xào, traces its origins to the bustling streets of 1980s Vietnam. It is a true testament to the authenticity of Vietnamese street food.
The name "Bo Bun" is a combination of "beef" (Bò) and "rice vermicelli" (Bún), perfectly capturing the essence of this dish. Each bowl is a symphony of flavors, featuring tender sautéed beef, refreshing rice noodles, crunchy peanuts, a medley of fresh vegetables, and a tangy nuoc mam sauce.
